🔮HOW TO CLAIM:

To claim an item during a live sale, please comment CLAIM+item name/number.

Claims are honored in the order they are received on my screen.

🕐CLAIM TIME LIMIT:

Invoices must be paid within 12 hours of being sent unless otherwise stated during the live.

Unpaid invoices may result in the item(s) being released to the nest buyer.

🧾INVOICES & PAYMENT:

All live sale claims are invoiced through STARDUST & CHAOS via Shopify.

Invoices will be sent to the email address you provide. Please ensure your email is correct so you receive your invoice promptly.

Accepted payment methods include

❌No Cancellations/ No Holds

All sales are final.

Please do not claim items unless you are ready to pay.

We do not offer holds unless explicitly stated during the live sale.

Most crystals are one of a kind.

Natural variations, inclusions, and markings are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.

📦Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Multiple live sale purchases may be combined into one shipment when possible.

Please be kind and respectful during live sales.

Any disruptive or dishonest behavior may result in removal from future live sales.
